This website is dedicated to the promotion of Garbanzo as an icon of homeliness and happiness. It also seeks to spread knowledge of NMR and their amazing qualities. For example, NMR are currently being studied to see how they surpress hormones, in the hopes of creating a synthetic pheromone for adolescent humans.

Company history

Garbanzo the Naked Mole Rat has come in two incarnations, Garbanzo the First (dob: 07/15/1993, location: St. Louis Zoo) and Garbanzo the Second (dob: 04/22/2005, location: Dresden Zoo). The company Garbanzo the NMR was establish in September of 2007 when the web designer was out of work.
